Individual Programs

It is my job to help you navigate the path to optimum health and wellness. An individualized wellness program is a powerful way to help you feel better on a daily basis and to heal what causes you discomfort.

Your individual program is developed using your specific personal information. With the results from the following evaluations we are able to design a food and nutritional support program specifically for you.

Nutritional Evaluation

The Nutritional Evaluation focuses on the foundational issues and those root causes that upset body chemistry. We see how specific organs and processes are functioning and their impact on your current health.

The Evaluation uses several simple tests offering quick and verifiable results including: digestive and sugar handling reflex points; mineral availability level tests for zinc, iodine, and calcium; salivary and urinary pH; urinary oxidative stress; body composition monitoring; and the Metabolic Assessment Form.

Nutrition Response Testing™

NRT is probably very different from anything you may have experienced before. You may also hear it referred to as Applied Kinesiology or Muscle Testing. NRT is very precise and scientific. However, if you were analyzed using NRT without a prior explanation you might find it strange or mysterious. I felt the same way when I first encountered it and, therefore, have studied it extensively to see if it really worked. I am pleased to report that it does! Nutrition Response Testing™ does not diagnose or treat disease. It offers a natural alternative to the traditional medical approach. There are two parts to the process: the analysis and the personalized health improvement program (using designed clinical nutrition).

Blood Chemistry Analysis

Ever wonder why you may feel not quite right, go to the doctor for a blood test, and then be told you are “normal.” This is because according to the lab you are. However, there is a significant difference between “normal” and “optimal.” The lab range tells you results for that lab and if you are in range it means you are within the normal curve of 95% of that lab’s population. This does not mean you are healthy or optimal, just within the curve.

We use your blood test results to interpret nutritional status and identify areas where supplementation may be helpful. Rather than looking at the blood test results in terms of being outside or inside of a pathological range, we look at optimal ranges. If you are not optimal – either excess or deficient – that implies a specific nutritional status that should be addressed.
