Your weight and Your Health – exploring how your weight has a significant relationship to your overall health.
Three sessions. You are welcome to attend any or all of the sessions. Each session is designed to stand independently and in each one you will learn ways to develop and maintain a sustainable and healthy lifestyle and weight. There will be some repetition involved in the different sessions to ensure that all critical information is presented.

Location 2: Nicolet High School – Room C111
Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Fee: $10 Resident/$20 Non-Resident (all proceeds to Nicolet Rec Dept)
Session 1: Health risks associated with Being Overweight – Learn the twelve major health issues related to being overweight and some basic suggestions for healthier eating.
Date: Monday, January 13th
Session 2: How we Become Overweight – Learn the twelve main reasons that cause us to become overweight, why it is difficult to lose weight, and strategies for healthier eating.
Date: Monday, February 3rd
Session 3: How to Eat Healthy for a Lifetime – Learn about today’s most popular diets, their pluses and minuses, and how to discover a lifelong healthy way to eat.

[…] We are pleased to announce that Bernie will be back in the classroom teaching a three-part lecture series called Your Weight and Your Health offered on Mondays – January 13, February 3, and March 16. Each session is designed to stand independently, so you can attend one or all. The class will be offered in the afternoon through Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department at Range Line School from 1-2 PM and in the evening through Nicolet Recreation Department at Nicolet High School from 7-8 PM.
